December 4th and 5th
Dec. 5th, 2021 07:34 am4. What is the best positive change you’ve made recently?
I am struggling with this (which is why it is late.) I cannot really think of any change that I have made recently. Honestly, since the COVID pandemic kicked in, I feel like most of the time, I live in a sort of limbo, waiting for things to get better or worse.
It is not anything yet, but we are finally moving forward (though planning stages only) with getting our landscaping and hardscaping updated. Actual work should start (fingers crossed) in January.
5. Have you ever inherited something?
When my mother in-law passed away earlier this year, she left me her china, most of her jewelry, and some knick knacks.
We started ushering in the Christmas season this week. We got our tree on Thursday (early for us, but our tree farm ran out last year. Even this year we ended up having to get a smaller one, because they were sold out of our preferred size.)
I started treat making Friday with peanut brittle and yesterday did the first two stages of ameretti; will bake them this morning. Hubby put the lights on the tree and I got the outdoor trees, wreaths and candles put out. Today, we will decorate the tree and hopefully some of the flat surfaces.
