Yes, because it has happened without the lottery. When the lottery grows large, my husband and I will daydream about what we would do with the money (of course we would need to buy a ticket to actually have a chance of winning, but I digress...) The first thing usually said is we would tell no one (other than lawyers money advisers) that we had won.
