Spring/early summer, when everything is blooming, unfortunately my allergies love it too. I also love fall when the leaves are turning.
21. What is the last thing you cooked?
I made Farfalle (did not have bucatini) all'Amatriciana on Thursday evening and currently have beef cheeks in the sous vide to make Barbacoa.
