23. Do you have any dietary restrictions?
No, not really. I try to eat a well balanced, mostly healthy diet; no processed food, no fast food, and due to acid reflux and getting up early, I eat dinner pretty early, so I have a couple of hours to digest before bed.
Since my mother in-law was diagnosed with (and passed away from) Alzheimer's, my husband and I do follow the Mind Diet (7+ servings of leafy greens, 6+ servings of other veggie, 21+ servings of whole grains, 3+ servings of berries, 1+ serving of fish, 2+ servings of chicken, 7+ servings of olive oil...per week) It is not very different than how we had been eating, just a little more chicken and less cheese.
I am not a picky eater and like all veggies (except lima beans,) so I am lucky.
