Oh, in my short, but misspent youth, there are a lot of things that would surprise people (the most surprising only a few people know of and we will keep it that way...) so I will put out a less secretive one. When we were on a temporary assignment 10 years ago, I took classes at a pole dancing studio. The owner was a former dancer, of the exotic variety, and was a wonderful teacher. I loved it! I liked the sexy moves, but my favorite part were the upside down tricks. It is the most challenging workout I have ever done and would still do it today, if we had not moved.
