Nov. 24th, 2020 12:12 pm24 Do you establish routines in your life? For example, do you usually sleep in the same place in your bed? eat meals at the same time? regularly return to the same vacation spot?
As I believe I have mentioned before; I am a control freak...so YES to routines and lists. I sleep in the same position in my bed, even when my husband has been away. When I am making lunch and dinner, they are eaten at the same time (breakfast can deviate an hour or two depending on that morning's activities.) I like to have a plan for exercise; not always the same routine or type, but usually the same days. Things have a place to go and I like for them to be put in their place, but that is mostly where it ends.
I like to go to different restaurants and different vacation spots (pre-COVID) and I like trying different recipes. When I buy clothes, I like to have a bit of a nod to what is trendy, just not everything I have on. I change my hair color and cut pretty often.
