16 Have you ever gone to work in a mind-altered state from drugs or alcohol?

Not unless hungover counts. In my youth, that was and every week occurrence.

17 How well do you get along with your siblings?

I have one younger (8 years) brother. We get along fine, but are not terribly close in distance (1500 miles apart) nor relationship-wise. I have always felt like more of a mother towards him and he has kind of helped that along. We have made very different life choices (no kids versus six, college education versus not, liberal versus conservative,) so that plays a part in our lack of closeness.
