22 Do you have a living will or other documentation of an end-of-life care plan?
Yes, sort of. My husband and I finally got our wills done about 2 years ago and with that filled out end of life care plans. I had dreaded that part (probably due to the Seinfeld episode,) but it was actually very easy to make the decisions based on the way they phrased the questions.
