It is hard to say as I find myself angry every day with someone in the GOP and/or a Trump supporter and/or Trump himself...I look forward to the day that I stop being constantly angry; it is exhausting.
Still sore from the new workouts (it was back, low back, and biceps yesterday with an hour of cardio.) This morning it was our longer-aerobic swim, so just feel tired in my shoulders, but (yay!) no lifting today.
We started watching part two of season six of "Better Call Saul" last night. Once again, outstanding! The acting is amazing, particularly Gus, Mike, and Kim.
